The City of Pembroke Pines gives notice of first reading of a proposed ordinance amending Chapter 121, “Communications Rights-of-Way” of the City of Pembroke Pines Code of Ordinances. The proposed ordinance amends the definitions related to communications facilities located in the rights-of-way, and enacting a new Section 121.35, “Small and Micro Wireless Facilities” to provide for the regulation of small and micro wireless facilities installed and maintained within public rights-of-way within the City of Pembroke Pines.
