These rules will amend the adopted rules establishing the requirements for the Florida Reimbursement Assistance for Medical Education (FRAME) Program, consistent with changes to statute pursuant to Chapter 2024-15, Laws of Florida (Senate Bill No. 7016. The function of the program is to make payments that offset loans and educational expenses incurred by students for studies leading to a medical or nursing degree, medical or nursing licensure, or advanced practice registered nurse licensure or physician assistant licensure.
