The Petition requests the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering to state whether the “Intellipick Wagering Terminal” complies with the Florida Statutes mentioned above as well as subsection 61D-7.001(9), and Rule 61D-7.020, Florida Administrative Code. Any person whose substantial interests may be affected by a declaratory statement on the subject matter of the Petition may file a petition to intervene within 14 days of the publication of this notice.
