To present information and receive public comments on proposed revisions to Chapters 62-302 and 62-303, F.A.C., regarding the development of numeric nutrient criteria for streams, lakes, and springs. This is the second public workshop on this subject, following one that will be held on June 17, 2009, in Tallahassee (previously noticed in the May 15, 2009 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 35, No. 19, pp. 2311-2312). This meeting will continue discussion of the technical basis for the numeric nutrient criteria for streams, lakes, and springs, and will include discussion of the proposed rule language in Chapters 62-302 and 62-303, F.A.C.
