This is a meeting of the Trustees of the SBA to address and take action on the need to raise additional revenue to fund the obligations, costs and expenses of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund and the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Finance Corporation. Permission is also sought to file emergency rule 19ER08-2, Insurance Capital Build-Up Incentive Program to implement new legislation and to allow a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and adoption for Rule 19-15.001, F.A.C., Insurance Capital Build-Up Incentive Program, if no hearing is requested in a timely manner. In addition, other general business may be addressed.
