The proposed amendments to Rules 12E-1.012, 12E-1.023, 12E-1.027¸ 12E-1.028¸ 12E-1.029¸ 12E-1.030, 12E-1.036, 12E-1.039, and 12E-1.040 F.A.C., update the Department’s procedures for credit reporting, driver license suspension, written agreements, levies, agreements with financial institutions, establishment of administrative orders for paternity and child support, applications for services, cases involving other states and foreign countries, and incorporate, by reference, new and revised forms. Proposed Rules 12E-1.041 and 12E-1.042 F.A.C., codify procedures and forms used to review and modify support orders and conduct income withholding and incorporate, by reference, new forms.
