GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Agency for Health Care Administration is seeking to extend the federal waiver authority to continue to provide Medicaid eligibility to the Family Planning Waiver population. All interested stakeholders will be able to provide comments for 30 days, from June 1 through June 30, 2013. The Agency will post all comments received for public review.
