Actions will be taken on acceptance of annual audit report and approval of the FY 07/08 annual workplan and budget. There will be discussion on nitrogen management options, as well as a non-profit update. Please note that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Tampa Bay Estuary Program Policy Board to any matter considered at the above-cited meeting, he will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
