This workshop is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design and social, economic and environmental effects of Financial Project ID Number 424685-1, otherwise known as the I-75/US 441 Interchange project in Alachua County, Florida. The Department is proposing operational improvements be made to the I-75/US 441 Interchange. Improvements will consist of constructing a new US 441 eastbound to I-75 southbound on-ramp. Also included in the improvements is a new Park and Ride facility to be located in the southwest quadrant of the interchange. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
