To receive public comments on draft fecal coliform total maximum daily load (TMDL) reports for the impaired waters in the Southeast Coast Basin, to be adopted in Rule 62-304.725, F.A.C. The fecal coliform TMDLs to be presented at the public workshop are for the C-8 (Biscayne) Canal (WBID 3285), the C-7 (Little River) Canal (WBID 3287), the C-6 (Miami River) (WBID 3288), the C-6 (Miami River) Lower Segment (WBID 3288B), and the C-6 (Miami Canal) (WBID 3290). The draft TMDL documents for these impaired waters will be placed on the Department’s TMDL website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/tmdl/) by May 6, 2011 and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via e-mail distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the draft TMDLs through June 6, 2011.
