This is a public meeting of interested stakeholders to discuss the Caloosahatchee Tributaries Nutrient Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) and related modeling. The primary purpose of this meeting is to provide an update on the status of TMDL development and is a follow up to the public workshop held on August 29, 2013. Upon paragraph 62-302.531(2)(a), F.A.C., becoming effective, any of these nutrient TMDLs, if adopted, are intended to constitute site specific numeric interpretations of the narrative nutrient criterion set forth in paragraph 62-302.530(47)(b), F.A.C. that will supersede the otherwise applicable numeric nutrient criteria in paragraph 62-302.531(2)(c) for the particular surface water segments.
