The Agency for Health Care Administration will hold a public meeting to discuss proposed revisions to Rule 59A-7.034, Florida Administrative Code, the administrative rule governing clinical laboratories and the tests that are authorized in hospital facilities licensed under Chapter 395, F.S., out of the physical or administrative confines of the central laboratory licensed under Chapter 483, F.S. Comments and recommendations presented at this meeting will be reviewed and considered in the development and promulgation of the revised rule.
