To discuss with the evaluation team members the scoring of proposals received regarding Requests for Proposals 04F09GC1 and 04F09C2. SUMMARY: The federal Emergency Shelter Grant Requests for Proposals (RFPs) will be competitively scored by a volunteer evaluation team. The first meeting on June 9, 2009, will be to go over scoring criteria and processes. Participants will be volunteer proposal evaluators and the procurement manager. The second meeting on June 12, 2009, will be a debriefing meeting with the evaluators and the procurement manager to discuss scores and rank proposals. All meetings relating to these solicitations are open to the public and may be electronically recorded by any member of the audience. Although vendors and the public are invited, no comments and/or questions will be taken from any vendors or members of the public.
