This hearing is being conducted pursuant to the provisions of Rule Chapter 14-97, Florida Administrative Code, and Section 335.18, Florida Statutes. This hearing is being noticed and held in accordance with the Section 339.155, Florida Statutes, Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, and is also consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. This hearing is in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended.
