In accordance with section 120.525 Florida Statutes, public meetings for Invitation to Negotiate 18-ITN-001-BM, RA Appeals Digital Recording Solution Services are hereby noticed. DEO’s Invitation to Negotiate seeks replies to develop and implement an integrated Reemployment Assistance (RA) business management digital Appeals recording solution which provides the business area with a viable solution to capture and maintain hearing recordings on disputed claims for reemployment assistance benefits. This solution will be integrated with the existing Reemployment Assistance System (CONNECT) that is currently owned and maintained by DEO. The replies can either leverage the existing Genesys system which currently records calls from claimants, employers, and Third Party representatives or be a stand-alone system. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to this timeline and specifically to the meeting notices listed above. Notice of any change will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Register (F.A.R.).
