This is a meeting of the Board of Directors of the State Board of Administration Finance Corporation (formerly known as the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Finance Corporation), a public benefits corporation created under Section 215.555(6)(d), F.S., to consider a resolution making certain findings with respect to the defeasance of the corporation’s Revenue Bonds Series 2010A, authorizing execution and delivery of a specified Escrow Deposit Agreement, and requiring the president of the corporation to provide a specified certificate to the Office of Insurance Regulation upon the execution of the Escrow Deposit Agreement and the defeasance of the bonds. In addition, other general business may be addressed.
