The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend the Public Hearing for the proposed improvements to CR 220 from Henley Road to Knight Boxx Road, Financial Management Number 430719-2-22-01 in Clay County, Florida. The hearing will begin at 4:30pm to give you an opportunity to review the exhibits and talk one-on-one with FDOT staff. A formal presentation will take place at 6:30 pm followed by a public comment period.
The FDOT is conducting a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study to evaluate alternatives to enhance safety and provide additional capacity to meet existing and future travel demand on CR 220. This subsequent Public Hearing is to present changes made to the CR 220/Henley Road intersection that have taken place since the April 2018 Public Hearing. These changes relocate the left turn lanes from the CR 220/Henley Road intersection to the CR 220/Rideout Ferry Road intersection. FDOT encourages you to get involved throughout the study by providing comments, concerns, questions and/or suggestions to the Study Team.
