In accordance with Section 215.555(5), Florida Statutes, proposed amended Rule 19-8.028, F.A.C., Reimbursement Premium Formula, adopts the 2018-2019 reimbursement premium formula for the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (“Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund 2018 Ratemaking Formula Report Presented to the State Board of Administration of Florida March 21, 2018, Updated June 13, 2018”). In addition, the proposed amended Rule makes editorial and grammatical corrections and provides a “special circumstances” exemption for certain policies solely covering jewelry.
