MIAMI DADE COLLEGE announces upcoming scheduled public Evaluation Committee Meeting to be held related to ITN 2016-21-30 - GROUP HEALTH CARE PLANS. The meeting is scheduled to be held at Miami Dade College, Kendall Campus at the location, date and time indicated in this announcement. In the event any scheduled meetings related to this ITN are cancelled or postponed, notification will be provided and posted on the MDC Website, (www.mdc.edu/purchasing). The Presentation/Q&A meetings originally scheduled for June 16, 2016 have been postponed and will be announced under a separate advertisement. In place of the Presentation /Q&A nonpublic meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, June 16, 2016, this public meeting will be held. Important to note that this procurement process adheres to the “Cone of Silence” ordinance and that no verbal or written communication is allowed during this ITN process unless it is exclusively requested by the Purchasing Department to be utilized for evaluation purposes of this ITN selection process.
