This notice is to provide the dates, times and locations of the port tour and rate hearing for the petition for a change in the rates of pilotage charged by the licensed state pilots and certified deputy pilots at the Port of Panama City that has been filed with the Pilotage Rate Review Committee, pursuant to Section 310.151, Florida Statutes and Chapter 61G14, Florida Administrative Code. The hearing was noticed in the March 1, 2019 issue Volume 45/42 of the Florida Administrative Register. The Committee's site visit to the Port of Panama City will occur on Thursday, August 8, 2019, 3:00 p.m., 1201 Beck Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. The Rate Hearing will begin Friday, August 9, 2019, 9:00 a.m. at the Majestic Beach Resort, 10901 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL 32407.
