Rule 25-4.0665 would be amended to require eligible telecommunications carriers to comply with the Lifeline program requirements as contained in CFR §54.400 – §54.417, to update Forms PSC/TEL 157 and 158, to eliminate quarterly reporting requirements, and to clarify eligible telecommunications carrier responsibilities regarding advertising the availability and charges or discounts of Lifeline service. Consistent with the 2011 changes made to Ch. 364 FS, Rule 25-4.113 would be repealed. Undocketed.
