These rules will apply to consumptive use permit applicants in the CFWI Area defined in section 373.0465(2)(a), F.S, and supersede portions of Chapters 40C-2, 40D-2 and 40E-2, F.A.C., regulating the consumptive use of water in the CFWI Area explicitly identified in the chapter. These rules will supersede the rules of the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) or South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) only when explicitly provided in the rules or the Supplemental Applicant’s Handbook.
