This hearing is being held to afford interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, social, economic, and environmental effects of Financial Project ID Number: 242715-2-22-01 otherwise known as the I-95/ I-4/ U.S. 92 Interchange Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study in Volusia County, Florida. The project involves the reconstruction of the interchanges of Interstate 95 with Interstate 4 and U.S. 92. This project is being developed in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
