This workshop is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design and social, economic and environmental effects of Financial Project ID Number 209607-1, otherwise known as the SR 105 (Heckscher Dr.) Sisters Creek Bridge Replacement project in Duval County. The proposed improvements for the Heckscher Drive Sisters Creek Bridge are to replace the existing bridge with a new high level bridge just north of the existing alignment. Improvements will also include access roads and pond sites. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
