To engage in a discussion relative to the development of an Emergency Rule and Application for two newly established hurricane housing recovery programs. The two new programs are the Farmworker Housing Recovery Program and the Special Housing Assistance and Development Program. These programs were approved by the Florida legislature as part of House Bill 1363 and signed into law as Chapter 2006-69, L.O.F.
