The purpose of this rule amendment is to modify the administrative rule for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s Derelict Vessel Removal Grant Program. This rule is based on the Derelict Vessel Removal Grant guidelines which will be incorporated by rule. This rule specifies within the guidelines, the procedure with which state, county and municipal governments, Florida Water Management Districts and Florida Inland Navigation Districts may apply for and be awarded Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Derelict Vessel Removal Grants.
