The purpose of these service hearings is to provide customers an opportunity to present testimony and other evidence before the Florida Public Service Commission concerning the Utility’s proposed rates or service. All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony. Emergency Cancellation of Service Hearings If a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the service hearings, the Commission will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties.
