The purpose of this rulemaking is to establish mosquito control program classifications into tiers that are based on local contributions to mosquito control; amend the minimum qualifications for employment of mosquito control program directors; and increase the frequency candidates may take the director’s examination in a six month period. The effect of this rulemaking will be to classify mosquito control programs into tiers; amend qualifications for program directors; and increase the frequency individuals may take the director examination within an established time period.
