The Board of Directors and the Project Board of the Polk Regional Water Cooperative (“Cooperative”) will meet to hold a regularly scheduled meeting and to conduct a public hearing at which the Cooperative Board of Directors and the Project Board will consider adoption of the Cooperative’s final budget for FY 2020. In addition to the public hearing, the meeting will address subjects dealing with organization, budgeting, water conservation, and project selection, funding, planning, and development, all as provided within the Interlocal Agreement creating the Cooperative. The meeting is open to the public.
