To amend and update specific components of Chapter 40E-61, F.A.C., the Lake Okeechobee Works of the District to clarify the District’s statutory responsibilities in the administration of this program under the Lake Okeechobee Protection Act. Amendments to these rules will eliminate any duplication between the cooperating agencies and their responsibilities under the Lake Okeechobee Protection Act.
