The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-13.130 is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Waiver Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, __________________. The amendment clarifies reimbursement language when services are available through another funding source; updates Medicaid fiscal agent references; adds language regarding the addition of Medicaid waiver specialists and identifies their functions; adds language describing nursing home transition activities; deletes two existing services and adds five services to the waiver relating to transitions from a nursing home to a community setting; and deletes all appendices.
