This is the second rule development workshop to consider proposed amendments to rule Chapter 62-296, F.A.C. The proposed new rule section addresses air permitting and control technology requirements for sources subject to the reasonable progress portion of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s regional haze regulations. There is no draft rule language available at this time; however, it is expected the department will post draft rule language at the following web site by July 25, 2007: http://www.dep.state.fl.us/Air/rules/regulatory.htm.
