The workshop will be held to solicit comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to Florida Housing’s proposed Request for Applications (RFA) 2014-111 for SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bond Financing and Non-Competitive Housing Credits, which is expected to be issued in mid/late August of 2014. This RFA will include an Elderly Transformative Preservation goal to fund one (1) Development currently in the Corporation’s portfolio, that is currently targeted to serve elderly residents, to provide design and service supports to help elders stay in their homes as long as possible.
