The FDOT, District Four, will be hosting a Project Kick-Off Meeting for the SR-9/ I-95 at 10th Avenue North Interchange Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study. A PD&E study is FDOT’s process to evaluate the social, economic and environmental impacts associated with a planned transportation improvement project. The purpose of the project is to improve the local and regional transportation network while simultaneously providing enhanced multimodal interrelationships. Further consideration for the need of this project includes improving roadway capacity, safety and enhancing emergency evacuation and response times.
