• District staff shall provide information, and will hear public comments on the District land acquisitions listed below: o Acquisition of fee title land interests of Tract Nos. 19100-437, 19100-422, 19100-711, 19100-436, 19100-438, and 19100-421, owned by Westgate Resorts, Ltd., a Florida limited partnership, comprise a total of approximately 39.27 acres located in Polk County within the District’s Kissimmee River Restoration and Headwaters Revitalization Project. The cumulative appraised value of the Tracts is $368,700.
