Summary
The amendments: add or amend appraisal-related and other definitions; conform appraisal-related terms; add appraiser selection criteria and procedures; replace competitive bidding with appraisals for pricing upland leases; provide consistency in use of appraisals with Chapter 18-1; delete provisions that require submittal of appraisals with bids; and remove the necessity for a full legal description when noticing surplus state land sales.
THIS RULEMAKING IS SEPARATE AND DIFFERENT FROM THE RULEMAKING ADVERTISED IN THE JUNE 1, 2007, ISSUE OF FAW FOR THIS RULE.
