Many suggestions for management on Orange Lake are long term issues that will require further discussion with stakeholder groups as part of Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) Habitat Management Plan process. However there are some management actions that can be taken in the short term on Orange Lake in order to address some of the concerns that have been heard at previous meetings. The purpose of this meeting is for FWC to propose potential management activities on Orange Lake for the next 12 months
