The Florida Building Commission will consider proposed modifications to the 2015 International Codes for inclusion in the Florida Building Code, 6th Edition (2017). The Florida Building Commission will hold a rule adoption hearing pertaining to Rule 61G20-1.001 integrating changes into the Florida Building Code, 5th Edition (2014), resulting from legislation from the 2016 Session, as noticed contemporaneously herewith. The Florida Building Commission will also review and decide on Accessibility Waiver Applications, review and decide on requests for Declaratory Statements; and take up and consider other matters that appear on the Commission’s agenda. The Commission will reconvene on August 17, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. at the same location to address the remaining matters on its agenda including the following: Accessibility Waiver Applications: 1.
