Clarifies that when the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency approves the use of an aquatic herbicide in potable waters and requires no water use restrictions after its application to potable waters, the product may be used without complying with the setback distances or the water treatment plant notification procedures stated in this rule. Definitions no longer used in the rule are eliminated and definitions are added for terms that are new to the rule. Forms that are no longer used are eliminated. Commission managed lands and state-owned springs or spring runs are added to the list of waters that are eligible for funds to manage aquatic plants.
