DOH Public Swimming Pool Advisory Board will review, discuss and make recommendations to the department regarding applications submitted by owners/agents for variance from the state’s public swimming pool codes. Note: NO “WALK-IN VARIANCE” APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE SEPTEMBER 9, 2020 MEETING. Submission deadline: To be placed on the September 9, 2020 agenda, the applicant will to need to submit eight paper copies of a completed variance application and application fee to August Ursin by close of business August 28, 2020.
