The department will present anticipated revisions to Chapter 65D-30 F.A.C. (Substance Abuse Services). The rule revisions will include updating requirements to coincide with statutory changes since last rule revision, updating rule language to reflect current practices in the field of addictions, and modifying substance abuse program licensure requirements.
