For the purpose of receiving public comment concerning the possibility of shifting from a system of quarterly preneed remittances, to a system of annual preneed remittances. Relevant statutes include, but are not limited to, ss. 497.453(6) and 497.456, Florida Statutes (2007). To assist the Division in monitoring whether the meeting facility will be of adequate size, persons planning to attend are asked to email Ms. Bryant at the earliest possible time with their name, and their anticipated number of attendees. The Division will create an email list of persons desiring to receive any updates or additional information about this workshop. Persons desiring to be on that email list should email Ms. Bryant to that effect.
