Adams Parkway Intersection Improvement and the Santa Rosa Island Bridge to Bridge Multi-Use Path, U.S. 98 at CR 30A Pedestrian Underpass Right of Way, Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI), and Construction Phases, and to Only Amend the Needs Plan for P.J.
