The purpose of the proposed amendment is to update, clarify, and re-adopt the forms and their instructions incorporated by reference in Chapter 34-8, F.A.C., to address changes required by law, and to re-adopt the forms and their instructions. Amendments to all of the forms and instructions will update the form year and filing year. Rules 34-8.002, 34-8.008, and 34.8.009 are being amended to clarify on the instructions to CE Form 6, CE Form 6F, and CE Form 6X that original forms are required to be filed and that photocopied, faxed, or emailed copies will not be accepted. Rules 34-8.202 and 34-8.209 are being amended to add to the instructions for CE Form 1 and CE Form 1F that members of the Florida Prepaid College Board are required to file those forms. Rules 34-8.202, 34-8.208, and 34-8.209 are being amended to add to the instructions for CE Form 1, CE Form 1F, and CE Form 1X that those forms may be filed by email or mail.
