Action will be taken on approval of the FY 06/07 agency-wide budget, results of NEP Non-Profit (501c3) survey and staff recommendations, and amendment to the TBEP Interlocal Agreement. Please note that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Tampa Bay Estuary Program Policy Board to any matter considered at the above-cited meeting, he will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
