Purpose

The purpose of this rule development is to modify the rule to address requirements related to both occupational therapy and physical therapy. The effect will be a rule that updates the title to reflect that occupational therapy and physical therapy are related services and not special programs. It will also update definitions and change language to clarify the provision of occupational therapy and physical therapy related to assessment, determination of educational need, and plans of care/treatment.
