The proposed establishment of an Erosion Control Line, pursuant to Section 161.161, Florida Statutes. This hearing will consider evidence on the location of the proposed Erosion Control Line for the beach erosion control project known as the Singer Island Erosion Control Project. The proposed Erosion Control Line lies along Singer Island, Palm Beach County, Florida fronting the Atlantic Ocean. The Erosion Control Line lies in Section 15, 22, and 23, Township 42 South, Ranger 43 East in Palm Beach County, Florida.
