The purpose of this rule development is to further define the Differentiated Accountability State System of School Improvement, including but not limited to, categorization of schools, level of assistance provided to schools, and the support systems and strategies to be implemented by schools and districts. The effect is to ensure all Florida schools are monitored and assisted by the district and state in compliance with the law with the common mission of raising student achievement and promoting continuous improvement.
