The purpose of these rule amendments is to make technical revisions to the rules and to incoorporate the 2008 revisions to the Silviculture BMP manual which include the following amendments: (1) New Best Management Practices (BMP) for Mat (Shovel Logging) in wetlands. (2) Updated information on seeding rates for vegetative stabilization. (3) Provide a current list of special waterbodies in Florida as obtained from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (i.e. Outstanding Florida Waters, Outstanding National Resource Waters, and Class I Waters).
