The District previously published a notice of rule development in the December 16, 2005, Volume 31, Number 50 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly. The purpose of this second notice is to delete language containing a partial delegation to Miami-Dade County as a new delegation will be addressed through the Agreement for Delegation of a Portion of the Environmental Resource Permitting Program between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the South Florida Water Management District and Miami-Dade County.
